What can I expect to spend on my Wedding Planning?
Some people think that hiring a Professional Planner is a luxury, when, in actuality, a planner can save you time, the worry of making mistakes, and get you more value for your MONEY!
My Planning Packages start at $2995 to assist you with budget allocation, vendor and venue research, set up/break down and, most importantly, coordinating your big day so that you can enjoy it with your family and friends.
If all you need is Day-Of Coordination, I will help you execute it down to every detail. Prices start at $1995.
Do you coordinate Elopements?
I sure do! Microweddings and Elopements still require planning and coordination. Let’s discuss your vision and I’ll quote you a price discounted according to your needs.
How far do you travel for weddings?
I cover the greater Portland metro as well as all of Clark County Washington. A small travel fee may apply for destinations beyond.
I also love destination weddings! I’m an experienced traveler and am ready to go. Fees for destination weddings are the package price + cost of travel + expenses.
Do you have experience with travel to other countries?
I am passport-ready and like to travel. And is there a better way to celebrate your event than in an exotic destination?!

Do you charge Sales Tax?
I do not charge sales tax on my services, but any items that are purchased or rented will be charged sales tax as required by law. Residents of the state of Oregon do not pay any sales tax, but proof of residence is required.
How much is the deposit and what forms of payment do you accept?
I require a deposit to hold-the-date and I accept credit cards, checks and cash. Checks are preferred due to interest rates but I fully understand if you need the points on your credit card. The amount of the deposit is 25% of the package price selected.
No dates will be held until the deposit is received.
How long have you been a Wedding Planner?
I started my own business in 2016 when I moved to Vancouver, WA with my family. Prior to that, I have been a wedding photographer’s assistant since 2008! You will have a long relationship with your photographer (as you’ll find out) the same goes with your planner. I’ll be with you every step!
Do you plan and coordinate same-sex marriages?
Of course! Love is love, no matter what the orientation, color, culture, religion, height, weight, personal interests, etc. I am always honored to be included as a part of any wedding celebration.
How many coordinators/assistants come with you on the wedding day?
As your planner, you will always get me as your primary coordinator. For weddings with more than 150 guests, an additional assistant coordinator will be required to ensure you and your guests have an enjoyable experience.
My venue needs you to have insurance, are you covered?
Yes I am. I am fully covered and will supply your venue with a Certificate of Insurance for your wedding day.
Are you prepared to handle the unexpected?
Always! Staying calm and finding alternatives is what I do. I will also have an Event Day Emergency Kit on hand which includes items to fix basic wardrobe malfunctions, hygiene emergencies, tools, batteries, scissors, and so much more! Being prepared and able to find solutions to any issue is essential for an event planner!
What is the difference between Planning and Coordination?
If you need help sourcing vendors, venues, planning the theme, finding the decorations and scheduling all the vendor appointments, then you need a Planner with knowledge and access to all the goods and services you envision. If you’re a DIYer and know exactly what you want and who you want to do it, then you still need a Coordinator because on your big day everyone that helped you create your vision will want to celebrate with you and not work your event. You need someone who can manage the logistics of the vendors, keep the day on track and handle any unexpected issues that will arise.
