FULL SERVICE PLANNING & COORDINATION - PACKAGE A*

Assistance and guidance in every aspect of client’s wedding

Pre-Event Planning includes the following:
Up to 13-months of planning. Create initial wedding budget estimate and management

Set up personalized website with a customized, month-by-month planning timeline. Here we will share ideas, communicate tasks, to-do lists, tracking expenditures, hosting the guest list and RSVPs, set floor plans and seating charts

Schedule and attend venue tours; aid in selection and negotiate contract

Collaborate on style, theme and colors for design concept

Research vendors for ceremony and reception and set up initial meetings: venue(s), rentals, caterer, bakery, florist, invitations, photographer, reception DJ/entertainment, officiant, dress/attire, make-up and hair, hotel and transportation

Review vendor contracts and confirm details for client. Place and confirm rental orders, dates, quantities and layouts

Attend food tasting and assist with menu selection

Arrange hotel accommodations for clients and out of town guests as needed. Arrange transportation and manage logistics

With client input, create comprehensive wedding day itinerary


Unlimited emails, texts, phone calls and messages on website for advice and support throughout the entire planning process. Prior to rehearsal, up to 10 meetings in person with clients and vendors

This does NOT include sending out Save-The-Dates or Invitations

Event Coordination:
Facilitating the Rehearsal for up to 2 hours
Communicate timeline to bridal party and parents
including a full list of contact names and numbers
Event day on-site coordination and
Directing the ceremony processional
Overseeing vendor set up of both Ceremony and Reception
Managing the timeline of the day
Handling final payments and gratuities as needed or requested
Cue the grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss
One Assistant Coordinator
Coordinator will have a “Wedding Day Emergency Kit” on hand
Layout programs, guest book and pen, table numbers, favors, seating charts and any special items for sweetheart table and cake table
Ensure gifts and personal items are loaded into the assigned family vehicle
Return rental attire the following day

For clients who have already booked 4 or more main vendors

Pre-Event Planning includes:
Up to 13-months of planning. Research remainder of vendors needed for ceremony and reception (clients must have already booked 4 or more of the main vendors - venue, rentals, catering, bakery, photographer, DJ, travel accommodations, etc.)

Create initial wedding budget estimate and management

Set up personalized website with a customized, month-by-month planning timeline. Here we will share ideas, communicate tasks, to-do lists, tracking expenditures, hosting the guest list and RSVPs, set floor plans and seating charts

Does NOT include shared website checklist.

Correspond with vendors and confirm details for client. Recommend any last minute needs and supply vendor resources.

With client input, create comprehensive wedding day itinerary and seating chart.

Unlimited emails, texts and phone calls (phone calls between 9am-6pm). Prior to rehearsal, one initial consultation meeting in person and one venue walk through.

Pre-Event Consultation:

Up to 13-months of planning. Recommend venues and vendors, collaborate on style/colors/theme, provide etiquette advice and manage to-do list and timeline on a personalized shared site, but not handle the legwork or minor details.

Set up personalized website with a customized, month-by-month planning timeline. Here we will share ideas, communicate tasks, to-do lists, tracking expenditures, hosting the guest list, assistance in setting floor plans and seating charts

Planner will confirm details with appropriate vendors from 30 days through the event. On the wedding day, will be point of contact for all vendors and guests to ensure the day runs smoothly

Help manage logistics of travel

Up to 13-months of planning in every aspect of the reception including the venue, rentals, décor, catering, bakery, photography, DJ, shared website checklists, collaboration on event design and styling. Does NOT include attire, make-up/hair, transportation, officiant, wedding flowers, wedding venue, rehearsal guidance or overseeing ceremony processional)

*Packages are priced based on average size wedding (up to 150 guests and up to 12 in the bridal party), up to 10 vendors and for budgets up to $50,000. Additional charges may apply for larger events.
