What can I expect to spend on my Wedding Planning?
My Planning Packages start at $2595 - with plenty Wedding Day coverage hours to coordinate the entire day. I also offer lower priced packages for a Day-Of Coordination including Rehearsal, Week-Of and Month-Of just to make sure you have everything in place for your big day.
How far do you travel for weddings?
I cover the greater Portland metro area including Hillsboro and Oregon City as well as all of Clark County Washington. A small travel fee may apply, but I will travel south to Eugene and north to Olympia.  
I also love destination weddings! I'm an experienced traveler and am ready to go. Fees for destination weddings are the package price + cost of travel + expenses.
Do you have experience with travel to other countries?
I am passport-ready and like to travel. And is there a better way to celebrate your event than in an exotic destination?! 
I recently planned wedding events in Kauai for a group of 35 guests.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
I do not charge sales tax on my services, but any items that are purchased/booked will be charged sales tax as required by law. Residents of the state of Oregon do not pay any sales tax, but proof of residence is required.
How much is the deposit and what forms of payment do you accept?
I require a deposit to hold-the-date and I accept credit cards, checks and cash. Checks are preferred due to interest rates but I fully understand if you need the points on your credit card. The amount of the deposit is 25% of the package price selected. 
No dates will be held until the deposit is received.
How long have you been a Wedding Planner?
I started assisting a wedding photographer back in 2008 and love every event! You will have a long relationship with your photographer (as you’ll find out) therefore I’m prepared to be with you for the entire planning period. As a professional Wedding Planner I decided to start my own business this year (2016) when I moved to Vancouver, WA with my family.
Do you plan and coordinate same-sex marriages?
Of course! Love is love, no matter what the orientation, height, color, culture, religion, etc. I am always honored to be included as a part of any wedding celebration.
How many coordinators/assistants come with you on the wedding day?
As your planner, you will always get me as your primary coordinator as well as one assistant or more - for weddings with more than 200 guests, you’ll have to pay for an additional assistant coordinator which is $300/ 6 hours.
My venue needs you to have insurance, are you covered?
Yes I am. I am fully covered and can have your venue named on my policy and send them a copy so they have that on file if needed.
Are you prepared to handle the unexpected?
Always! Staying calm and finding alternatives is what I do. I will also have an Event Day Emergency Kit on hand which includes items to fix basic wardrobe malfunctions, hygiene emergencies, tools, batteries, scissors, and so much more!. Being prepared and able to find solutions to any issue is essential for an event planner!
